Self-Portrait

This project directly confronts the tangled web of an artist's inner life: the passionate desire to create versus the vulnerable fears of financial instability and familial expectations. It operates on the hypothesis that by mindfully facing and becoming familiar with anxiety and impatience, we can cultivate the courage needed to nurture our artistic desires more boldly. Rooted in deep personal reflection, this work expands into a broader discourse on the sustainability of creative practices. It showcases a unique methodological approach to transforming raw, private emotions into shared public experiences, offering an insightful perspective for future curatorial collaborations and public art commissions.
